   Proven photographer selection and art direction for all marketing purposes.

8. Platform Onboarding

   Selection of rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO. Independent platform building available.

9. Publish & Launch

   The reveal and the launch party done HGTV style.

10. Property Management

    Proposals and recommendations for management, in house or third party.
